We are a small specialised team, with vast experience built up over several years as Directors and Mentors with international blue-chip companies and smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

Our experience of setting up, funding and growing our own small businesses, means that we have been where you are and understand the issues and pressures faced in running smaller companies, where there are limited resources.

Over the last 20 years we have achieved outstanding results working with more than 400 Business Owners and Directors, running companies of all sizes, at different stages in their life-cycle and across a wide range of industries.

No two business situations are ever quite the same, which is why we provide an individual strategy for every Innotec client, never reaching conclusions or making recommendations until we have thoroughly assessed and understood the company’s needs and culture.

We always work to the highest professional standards with an open and flexible approach that our clients clearly prefer. Furthermore, we don't hold you to any long term contracts, preferring instead to work with you on a flexible basis, adding value at every stage.
